Joni grew up enjoying the peace & quiet of the outdoors in Addison, Texas; where she raised a variety of farm animals, including horses, chickens, pigs, goats, sheep. You name it! Her joy comes from entertaining, cooking, and sharing the joy of animals and the beautiful outdoors with family + friends!
Joni honed in on her skills as a trainer and caregiver to a variety of animals at a very young age, and she continues to provide professional & expert training with her beautiful animals. Bella Cavalli would not be complete without these stunning views of animals on Bella Cavalli.
The idea of opening Bella Cavalli as a wedding & event venue evolved from the natural, gorgeous, views of Bella Cavalli and Joni's passion of the "farm life" & living to entertain friends and family. Bella Cavalli is a place where family & friends can get away from the city and enjoy the peaceful surroundings this stunning property.

Joni has always had a love of entertaining and cooking. This continues today, whether at home, with small groups, or entertaining large parties in the outdoor spaces of Bella Cavalli. Joni also enjoys sharing her animals with guests at the ranch and everyone enjoys interacting with them.

“Catching Fire”
Another wonderful memory Joni has is driving her pair of Friesian Horses, Aandrik and Zobe in the “Hunger Games” movie “Catching Fire”, in Atlanta. The daily challenges presented to the horses and me each day was beyond belief at the time. Trusting these young horses, as I, a new driver, learned to hold tight to the reigns and survive some harrowing moments, are now great memories I will never forget!
