HOW LONG DO WE HAVE AT THE VENUE?
(15) Hour Private Venue Rental (9 AM – 12 AM)
HOW MUCH ARE ADDITIONAL HOURS?
Additional added hours is $750.00 per hour up to 2 additional hours past 12 am.
WHAT IS THE DAY OF RENTAL TIME POLICY?
There is a total of (15) hours allotted for your venue rental. The day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 12:00 AM. Alcohol service must cease by 11:00 PM or one hour before send off.
IF Ceremony is OUTDOOrs: IS THERE A BACKUP PLAN FOR RAIN?
Yes, our "Carriage House" will be able to accommodate up to 200 guests and serve as your ceremony site and reception location. We offer an attached covered Sunset patio for your plan B. We offer floor plans that can serve as a ceremony floor plan and a reception floor plan with or without a flip.
IS THE VENUE KID FRIENDLY?
Yes.

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN VENDORS?
Yes, we are flexible with vendors. However, we do require that you use Elite Security Company and Liquid Love company to serve your alcohol.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ENTERTAINING CHILDREN?
The wedding animals are fun for kids. The pet + feed is popular. Yard games and S'mores pits are also available.
WHAT IS THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT?
We provide all the tables and chairs, indoors and outdoors for your event. All Clients will use Bella Cavalli floor plans for their event. We can modify the floor plan to fit your event needs.
IS THERE A SPACE FOR A COCKTAIL HOUR?
Yes, there are (2) cocktail areas: Sunset Patio & Bistro Garden. The Sunset Patio includes a large covered pavilion. The Bistro Garden includes (2) outdoor fire pits, (2) S'mores pits, and lounge seating. Both areas include:(6) hightop tables, (1) 6 ft Mobil White Outdoor Bar, and bistro lighting.
IS THE SITE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes.
WHERE DO PEOPLE PARK?
We have a designated parking area at Bella Cavalli for you and your guests to park.
IS THERE AN OVERFLOW OR RENTAL LOT AVAILABLE?
Yes.
IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE VENUE?
Yes. Transportation recommendations are outlined in the preferred vendor list.
IS SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE?
A shuttle service can be arranged by the Bride and Groom/Bridegroom. Bella Cavalli will provide you with options to make these reservations on the "preferred vendor list".
HOW MANY RESTROOMS ARE THERE?
2 stall in the Men's & 2 stalls in the Women's restrooms are available to guest in the "Carriage House", a full bathroom in the Bridal Suite, and a full bathroom in the "Coach House".
DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES, CHAIRS, AND LINENS FOR THE RECEPTION?
We provide chairs for the ceremony, and tables & chairs for the reception. Bella Cavalli does not provide linens or centerpieces.
IS THE CARRIAGE HOUSE CLIMATE-CONTROLLED?
Yes, we have a HVAC.
DOES BELLA CAVALLI HAVE Bride and Groom Suites?
Yes, we provide separate Bridal/Bridegroom + Groom Suites.
IS THERE A SOUND SYSTEM AND TV'S?
No, we provide (1) large AirPlay projector for air streaming photos too.
You will need outdoor speakers + mic for your officiant. Your DJ/band must provide for all outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour sites, and DJ or choice of music for reception. WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR OUTDOOR CEREMONY SITES?
The ceremony decor includes: chairs for up to (200) guests.
MAY WE TAKE BRIDAL AND/OR ENGAGEMENT PICTURES ON PROPERTY?
Yes, your engagement & bridal photoshoot is included in your wedding package. We just ask that you schedule your shoot between Monday - Thursday during regular office hours and let us know the date that you are scheduled to come out and take them. Additionally, we love seeing + sharing your beautiful pictures! So if you'd like, we highly encourage you to send them our way so we can feature you on our website gallery and social platforms!
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT YOUR FACILITIES?
Yes, you can bring your pet/pets for your ceremony, but they must arrive right before ceremony and leave after ceremony/cocktail hour. No pets are allowed inside the Venue.
DOES BELLA CAVALLI OFFER AN OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS?
The "Coach House" is available to rent out as a honeymoon suite the night of your wedding. It can only accommodate the couple getting married. If the couple does not want to use the Coach house for over night, Grand parents, or parents may reserve the Coach House for the night of. This is currently the only accommodations we offer. However, we provide several different hotel accommodations on the "preferred vendor list."
WHAT TYPES OF TABLES ARE AVAILABLE?
We provide (25) wooden rectangle farmhouse tables (8' x 40", seats 8-10 guests) for indoor use only, (6) high-top cocktail tables to use indoor or outdoor, (20) round plastic folding table (60", seats 8), (1) round plastic folding table (48"), and (5) rectangular plastic folding tables (6ft).
WHO SETS UP AND BREAKS DOWN THE TABLES/CHAIRS at the reception AND CEREMONY SITE?
Bella Cavalli will coordinate with you to set up the tables and chairs. Our staff takes care of all Bella Cavalli tables and chairs for setup and breakdown of the furniture, exactly to your specifications.
DO YOU PROVIDE TABLE LINENS?
We do not provide table linens.. Linens will need to be provided by the client. However, most of our couples enjoy the look of our natural wood farmhouse tables; and find just a table runner or greenery/florals are needed.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CLEANUP?
The client/caterer is in charge of cleaning up trash during the event until the end of the night. If your caterer is not staying til the end of the event, Staffing will need to be hired to clean up all trash inside and outside the venue.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS OR HIDDEN FEES?
There are no hidden fees. All pricing + fees are clearly outlined in our wedding package and clearly stated in the contract. The price is inclusive of all of the things that are listed in the "amenities" section. No gratuity will be added. There is no tax on the venue rental. There will also be a $500 Security Deposit that will be returned a few days after your event if no damages occur.
WHAT KITCHEN AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
Bella Cavalli offers a full prep kitchen including: Two large refrigerators, one chest freezer you can use for your ice, large sink, and several prep tables. There is no stove, oven, microwave, or warmers.
DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING OR CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN?
We provide a list of our preferred vendors/ caterers, but ultimately you can choose your own caterer. We do not charge vendor fees for outside vendors.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES TO SERVE AT THE RECEPTION DINNER?
Yes, you can bring your own food or vendor, as well as beverages.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING IN ALCOHOL?
Yes, bring your own alcohol, our bartending Co. Liquid Love will set your bar up and serve your guests. No self serve alcohol.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DECOR RESTRICTIONS INDOORS?
Glitter, rice, silly string, confetti of all types, and gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on Bella Cavalli property. Sand may only be used inside enclosed containers. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape or any permanent marking tools may be used on the floors, walls, furniture. Chinese lanterns are not permitted. Cold Sparklers outdoors only are permitted only if executed by a professional fireworks company.
WHAT RESTRICTIONS EXIST FOR OUTDOOR DECOR OR ITEMS TO TOSS UPON DEPARTURE?
Glitter, rice, silly string, confetti of all types, and gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on Bella Cavalli property.Rose petals must be real and of light color, so the concrete is not stained. Sand may only be used inside enclosed containers. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape or any permanent marking tools may be used on the floors, walls, furniture. Sparklers are allowed for Send Offs and must be placed in designated sparkler buckets to cool off. Fireworks are allowed but must be contracted through a third party professional. Chinese lanterns are not permitted.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY TABLE DECOR?
Since each bride has their own unique style, we leave the decorations up to you to provide.
DO YOU PROVIDE LIGHTING AND DRAPING?
We provide bistro lighting on the Sunset Patio and Bistro Garden, but do not provide any additional decor/lighting. You are welcome to bring/rent decor/lighting and linens/rentals.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE SECURE TO STORE WEDDING GIFTS?
Yes, we suggest you delegate someone to coordinate bringing the wedding gifts to the closet in the Bridal Suite. The closet door has a lock and code.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR BOOKING AN OFF-SEASON DATE OR SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY?
Yes, please refer to our wedding package for more information on pricing and discounts.
What DISCOUNTS do you offer?
