WHAT IS THE DAY OF RENTAL TIME POLICY?
There is a total of (15) hours allotted for your venue rental. The day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 12:00 AM. All serving of alcohol must cease by 11:00 PM.
IF AN OUTDOOR VENUE: IS THERE A BACKUP PLAN FOR RAIN?
Yes, our "Carriage House" will be able to accommodate up to 200 guests and serve as your ceremony site and reception location. We also have a covered area on the sunset patio that can serve as your ceremony site for a small wedding.
IS THE VENUE KID FRIENDLY?
Yes.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOUR VENUE HOLD?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests (indoors), and 500 guests (outdoors).
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE OF THE VENUE?

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN VENDORS?
Yes, we are flexible with vendors. However, we do provide and recommend the vendors from our "preferred vendor list" that will be distributed once the contract is signed.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ENTERTAINING CHILDREN?
The wedding animals to pet + feed, yard games, fishing and walking trails.
WHAT IS THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT?
We will provide you with the allotted number of tables we provide for your guests and you may choose how you'd like it set up the day of your event.
IS THERE A SPACE FOR A COCKTAIL HOUR?
Yes, there are (2) cocktail patios that includes:(6) hightop tables, 6 ft. White Outdoor Service Bar, a large covered pavilion area with bistro lighting, and an outdoor fire pit + lounge area.
IS THE SITE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes.
WHERE DO PEOPLE PARK?
We have a designated parking area at Bella Cavalli for you and your guests to park.
IS THERE AN OVERFLOW OR RENTAL LOT AVAILABLE?
Yes.
IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE VENUE?
Yes. Transportation recommendations are outlined in the preferred vendor list.
IS SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE?
A shuttle service can be arranged by the brde and Groom. Bella Cavalli will provide you with options to make these reservations on the "preferred vendor list".

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES, CHAIRS, AND LINENS FOR THE RECEPTION?
We provide chairs for the ceremony, and tables & chairs for the reception. Bella Cavalli does not provide linens or centerpieces.
IS THE CARRIAGE HOUSE CLIMATE-CONTROLLED?
Yes, we have a HVAC.
DOES BELLA CAVALLI HAVE Bride and Groom Suites?
Yes, we provide separate Bridal + Groom Suites.
IS THERE A SOUND SYSTEM AND TV'S?
No, we provide (1) large projector with video capabilities, and a PA system.
You will need outdoor speakers + mic for your officiant + nuptials from your DJ for all outdoor ceremony sites, and DJ or choice of music for reception. WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR OUTDOOR CEREMONY SITES?
The ceremony decor includes: an altar/arch with simple decor, chairs for up to (250) guests, lanterns, and decorative signs
WHAT IF WE WANT AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY, BUT THE WEATHER WON’T COOPERATE?
Bella Cavalli's Carriage House can accommodate both wedding ceremony and reception for any inclement weather.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT YOUR FACILITIES?
Yes, Bella Cavalli is pet-friendly under certain circumstances. Please mention this during your pre-wedding consultation for more information on how we can accommodate your pet.
DOES BELLA CAVALLI OFFER AN OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS?
The "Coach House" is available to rent out as a honeymoon suite the night of your wedding. It only can accommodate the couple getting married since it's a one bedroom. This is currently the only accommodations we offer. However, we provide several different hotel accommodations on the "preferred vendor list" when you become a BCE couple.
WHAT TYPES OF TABLES ARE AVAILABLE?
We provide (25) farmhouse wood rectangle tables (8 feet - seats 8-10 guests) for indoor use only, (6) high-top cocktail tables to use indoor or outdoor, (1) round plastic folding table, and (4) rectangular plastic folding tables .
WHO SETS UP AND BREAKS DOWN THE TABLES/CHAIRS at the reception AND CEREMONY SITE?
Bella Cavalli will coordinate with you to set up the tables and chairs. Our staff takes care of all Bella Cavalli tables and chairs for setup and breakdown of the furniture, exactly to your specifications.
DO YOU PROVIDE TABLE LINENS?
We do not provide table linens, that will need to be provided by a rental company. However, most of our couples enjoy the look of our natural wood farmhouse tables; and find just a table runner or greenery/florals are needed.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CLEANUP?
Our staff will take care of clean-up and break-down of the venue, as it's included in your wedding package. Your caterer/coordinator will be in charge of all kitchen and food clean up. To best protect your belongings and rental items outside of Bella Cavalli, you will be in charge of clearing the tables at evening’s end, collecting your table linens, and taking down all decor and other such items that were provided by your party.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS OR HIDDEN FEES?
There are no hidden fees. All pricing + fees are clearly outlined in our wedding package and clearly stated in the contract. The price is inclusive of all of the things that are listed in the "amenities" section. No gratuity will be added, there will be a 6.75 percent state tax added to your invoice.
WHAT KITCHEN AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
Bella Cavalli offers a full caterer kitchen including: a large refrigerator/freezer, large sink, and several prep tables. There is no oven or ice machine provided by Bella Cavalli.
DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING OR CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN?
We provide you with a list of our preferred caterers, but ultimately you can choose your own caterer. We do not charge vendor fees and there are no food and beverage minimums.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES TO SERVE AT THE RECEPTION DINNER?
Unfortunately not, due to food & beverage laws and regulations. A licensed caterer must be hired to serve food, should you choose to have a reception dinner. No alcohol will be allowed the start of the wedding and/or outside of the Carriage House premises. This policy will be strictly enforced.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING IN ALCOHOL?
Unfortunately, no. Due to Texas state laws and regulations, a TABC licensed bartender from our vendor list MUST be hired to serve alcohol at your event. No self-service or sale of alcohol is permitted.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DECOR RESTRICTIONS INDOORS?
Glitter, rice, silly string, confetti of all types, and gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on Bella Cavalli property. Sand may only be used inside enclosed containers. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape or any permanent marking tools may be used on the floors, walls, furniture. Sparklers & Chinese lanterns are not permitted. Sparklers are permitted by Pyrotex Inc.
WHAT RESTRICTIONS EXIST FOR OUTDOOR DECOR OR ITEMS TO TOSS UPON DEPARTURE?

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY TABLE DECOR?
Since each bride has their own unique style, we leave the decorations up to you to provide. We have minimal signs and a limited amount of lanterns that you are able to use if you choose.
DO YOU PROVIDE LIGHTING AND DRAPING?
We provide bistro lighting on the Sunset Patio and Bistro Garden, but do not provide any additional special lighting or draping inside the Carriage House.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE SECURE TO STORE WEDDING GIFTS?
Yes, we suggest you delegate someone to coordinate bringing the wedding gifts to the bridal suite. There will be locks on the bridal suite doors.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR BOOKING AN OFF-SEASON DATE OR SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY?
Yes, please refer to our wedding package for more information on pricing and discounts.
MAY WE TAKE BRIDAL AND/OR ENGAGEMENT PICTURES ON PROPERTY?
Yes, your engagement & bridal photoshoot is included in your wedding package. We just ask that you schedule your shoot between Monday - Thursday during regular office hours and let us know the date that you are scheduled to come out and take them. Additionally, we love seeing + sharing your beautiful pictures! So if you'd like, we highly encourage you to send them our way so we can feature you on our website gallery and social platforms!
